Our record

This page publishes any penalties our company receives from the authorities for violating labor laws. You can also search the Ministry of Labor register of employers in violation of labor laws.

If we are penalized, we will list the date, the provision breached, the penalty and the corrective action taken on this page.

Why these records are public

Several Taiwanese labor laws require the authorities to publish the name of any employer fined for a violation, along with the responsible person, the date, the provision breached and the amount of the fine. These include Article 80-1 of the Labor Standards Act, Article 38-1(6) of the Gender Equality in Employment Act, and Article 65(3) of the Employment Service Act (for discrimination in employment).

Anyone can search the Ministry of Labor's database of employers that have violated labor laws, by company name or tax ID. To check our record, search for:
