Job Seeker Protection

When you look for work through us, here is what you can expect. These commitments reflect Article 40 of the Employment Service Act and related regulations, and they are part of our internal code of practice.

Fees

• Our recruitment service is paid for by the hiring company. We do not charge job seekers any fees.
• We never ask for deposits, guarantee money, training fees, uniform fees, medical check fees or any other "joining fee".
• We do not ask for or accept gifts or kickbacks.

Documents and property

• We never keep your ID card, passport, diploma, employment certificates or other documents. If we need to verify something, we will only look at it or ask for a copy and explain why.
• We never hold on to your belongings.
• We never ask for your bankbook, ATM card, online banking login or SMS verification codes.

Transparency

• Before recommending a job, we tell you the duties, pay, working hours, benefits and other terms of employment.
• We do not send your CV to an employer without your consent, and we tell you which company it is going to.
• We do not ask for private information unrelated to the job, such as pregnancy plans, family medical history, religion or political views.

The job itself

• We do not refer anyone to work that is illegal or contrary to public order or morals.
• We do not refer people under 18 to hazardous work.
• If we find a vacancy breaks the law, we stop recommending it and, where appropriate, let candidates already introduced know.

We are licensed by the Hsinchu City Government (License No. 竹市就服字第029號) and employ certified employment service specialists. See our License and Specialist Certificates pages.
