Employment Service License

About this license

  • Competent authority: Under Article 6 of the Employment Service Act, agencies that place Taiwanese nationals in domestic jobs are licensed and supervised by the local city or county government. As we are based in Hsinchu City, our regulator is the Hsinchu City Government.
  • Validity: Licenses are valid for two years and must be renewed within the 30 days before expiry (Article 25 of the Regulations for Permission and Supervision of Private Employment Services Institution). We update this page after each renewal.
  • Public display: Our license, fee schedule and the certificates of our employment service specialists are displayed at our office, as required by Article 28 of the same Regulations. This page makes the same information available online.
  • Advertising: Every recruitment advertisement we publish states our company name, license number, address and phone number (Article 35). If you see an ad that claims to be from us but lacks these details, please check with us first.
  • No lending: Our license may not be rented out or transferred (Employment Service Act, Article 40(1)(16); Regulations, Article 24), and we do not allow anyone else to use it.
