Employment Service Specialist Certificates
Taiwan's Employment Service Act (Article 36) requires every private employment service agency to employ qualified employment service specialists. We meet this requirement and publish our specialists' certificate details here.
Required staffing ratio
Under Article 6 of the Regulations for Permission and Supervision of Private Employment Services Institution, the minimum number of specialists depends on headcount:
| Total staff | Minimum certified specialists |
|---|---|
| 5 or fewer | 1 |
| 6 to 10 | 2 |
| 11 or more | 3, plus 1 for every additional 10 staff from the 11th |
A specialist already registered with another agency does not count toward this number.
Who qualifies
A specialist must pass the Ministry of Labor's examination or the national technician skills test for employment services, and hold an Employment Service Specialist Certificate (Article 5).
What specialists do
They assess occupational aptitude, provide career guidance to job seekers, check application documents handled by the agency, and are required to act in good faith (Article 7).
Our current specialists
We currently have 1 staff member (our responsible person) and, under the staffing ratio above, are required to have at least 1 certified specialist.
Certificate copy on request
A copy of our specialist certificate is available on request. Please email support@pelift.app.
Other notes
- When a specialist joins or leaves, we report the change to the authority within 30 days (Article 23) and update this page.
- Specialists may not let anyone else work under their name (Employment Service Act, Article 37), and certificates may not be rented out (Article 40(1)(16)).
